I am not sure…just spit-balling here. You might consider getting a “dealer’s license”. If you are a gun dealer you often get more ‘lee-way’ in these matters.

The border would not even think about it at the border would have to declare it unless are citizen of mexico or like jail sorry but thats the border would not even think about it unless are citizen of mexico no exception then would not even think about it unless are citizen of mexico.
