When job hunting, is it legal for an employer to refuse a paper application & send you to a website?
coveylisa@sbcglobal.net asked:
I have a friend looking for a job and is refused a paper application and in return being asked to go to a website to apply. He does not have easy access to the web and is therefore requesting a paper application. And he is not the only one. My neighbor is now complaining of the same thing.
Now, obviously I allow him to use my computer and phone as a job hunting source, but I think it bothers him. I understand the complaint as well, applying online is usually long and tedious with no call backs.

What is a good caliber for hunting small game?
bigbucks27 asked:
I want something for hunting anything from squirrels to foxes and coyotes. My main concern and please take this into account is noise. NOISE NOISE NOISE is the deciding factor for this caliber. I want it quiet. I already have a .22 so don’t reccomend that. Also is a .223 the same as .22 in terms of knock down power and diameter. Thanks!

How can anyone get any satisfaction from hunting animals with tricks?
maisie asked:
I was thumbing through a sporting goods catalog recently and was slightly amused/horrified to see fake geese, a fake cow, all manner of subterfuge to make hunting animals easier. I thought the whole point of hunting was the challenge. Between canned hunts and all these silly fakes, where’s the sport?

For the record, I’m not a hunter, but hunting is legal and protected. I respect that right. And I do appreciate that someone else killed that cow I had in burger form.

What helps a person stay focused on job hunting?
BBNsaga asked:
Job hunting is hard because it seems like everyone is better than me when it comes to doing work. People have such strong opinions and are competitive. I am sick of feeling like I will be a loser when I get the next job. So how do I get over this feeling of intimidation and just find work that I can do and am very willing to do?

How to get started with hunting?
Michael D asked:
I am thinking of getting involved in hunting, primarily for food, but i guess also for game as well. Though I feel guilty doing it just for game. My questions are for people who hunt. First, what would you primarily with you if you went hunting? Second, what type of licenses do you need? What time of year do people normally hunt during? Which states are best for this? Do you know any good websites to visit of locations? Also, any good websites to visit about equipment? Any other insight would be great.

I apologize in advance to any animal rights activists. I respect your life choices and want you to go fight for your cause, just respect others life choices as well. Thanks.

What type of treasure hunting seems to be the easiest?
bookworm asked:
easiest meaning in terms of actually finding something.
gold panning? gem hunting?
easiest meaning in terms of actually finding something.
gold panning? gem hunting?
i know it’s basically all luck, but to me it seems flecks of gold would be easier to find than pieces of gems…?

What website can i get a full hunting license and take a full hunting course on?
John A asked:
Hey, I’m just wondering if anyone knows where i can get my hunting license for deer hunting next year online. If it helps I’m in Atlanta and I’m under 18 if that means anything for getting a hunting license

Can a cylinder bore short barrel shotgun be used for squirrel hunting?
rubicon_in_ga asked:
I have a self defense Mossberg 500, cylinder bore, 18.5″ barrel. I’d hate to buy a new shotgun just for my first season hunting, and a new barrel costs as much as a new .22, which I could just as easily use for squirrel hunting. With the right load, could I use this shotgun for squirrel hunting, or am I better off finding a longer barrel shotgun with interchangeable chokes?
